PSYCHOMETRIC CLUSTERING PROGRAMME – I YEAR STUDENTS

SSM College of Arts and Science successfully conducted a Student Profiling and Psychometric Clustering Programme for the first-year students on 17.09.2026.  The initiative was designed to understand students’ individual characteristics, interests, and perspectives through a psychological questionnaire. Based on their responses, students were clustered to encourage peer interaction, meaningful connections, self-awareness, and a positive beginning to their college journey.  The programme was coordinated by Mrs.G.Karthika Bharathi, AP/English, Coordinator – Student Profiling, and conducted by Ms.Ancy Jemilda, Counselling Psychologist, under the guidance of Dr.L.Mahalakshmi, Principal, SSMCAS.  “Understanding Students Today, Empowering Their Journey Tomorrow.”
