“Faculty Power-Up: Branding, AI & Career Growth” wasn’t just another FDP. It was a wake-up call for educators preparing for the future.  Organized by the Research & Development Cell, SSM College of Arts and Science, the session delivered far more than theoretical insights. It was highly interactive, activity-driven, and packed with practical strategies that faculty members could immediately relate to and apply. A special note of appreciation to Ronald Hadrian . D, Ph.D., Founder of DRH Academy, Coimbatore, for an energetic and thought-provoking session. His ability to blend personal branding, AI applications, career development, and self-reflection exercises kept participants actively engaged throughout.
