Glimpses of the Seminar on “Drug Abuse Protection” organized by Youth Red Cross, Rotaract Club, Anti-drug Cell & Institution’s Innovation Council in association with Indian Red Cross Society on 25.10.25.Dr. Rtn. Smt. A. Susila Mary, Treasurer- Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Dindigul District, Dr. K.S. Ganesh, M.B.B.S., DPM, DNB (Psychaiatry) and Dr. Amaladevi M.B.B.S., M.D., DGO MBA, Former President of Dindigul Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, have acted as the resource persons.Dr. Rtn. Smt. A. Susila Mary explained the role of IRCS in community development and its mission among the participants. Dr K S Ganesh spoke on mental well-being and the approach towards life to keep an individual socially and psychologically well. Dr. Amaladevi narrated the abuse of some common drugs used in day-to-day life by under privileged people and their harmful effects on physical and mental health.
